We are a small tax practice based in Lancashire, serving clients nationwide. We only do two things: we specialise in all aspects of property taxation, and we also serve small businesses.

Our Principal, Stephen Fay ACA, is a Chartered Accountant specialising in all aspects of property taxation, and has been a property investor since 1999. We can therefore combine expert technical tax knowledge with real-life property investment experience to offer property investor clients a unique service.

We also serve small businesses (limited companies and sole traders) and, as we are a small business ourselves, can offer a genuine understanding of the needs of small businesses, as well as expert tax and accounting services.
