Good, old-fashioned service from a family firm

Everyone has had experiences of call centres, frustrating bureaucracy, and being passed from one department to another in a fruitless search for a real person to speak to.

By using a small family firm, our clients receive good service from Day 1 of joining us as a client (regardless of whether the year end accounts and/or tax work is required at that point).  This means that all clients have direct access to our Principal, Stephen Fay ACA, who will deal with technical queries received by phone or email as soon as possible.  Work will be scheduled and dealt with promptly, and client appointments outside our office hours can be arranged.

Clients are automatically added to our monthly newsletter, which enables us to sift through the myriad of business and tax changes and provide clients with a simple, concise update of relevant changes that effect their business. We also publish a regular blog on the website, to give Stephen’s view on changes that effect property investors and small businesses.

As a family firm, our clients literally pay our wages, and so we aim to delight our clients, rather than merely satisfy.
